Return & Refund Policy

At Longree, we value customer satisfaction above all. We offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience with us.

Return Time-frame

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@longreelighting.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product defects
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • The product' size doesn’t fit
  • Swapping/Exchanges
  • Any other personal reasons


Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Refund Process

Please contact us with your order details at info@longreelighting.com before you intending to return. We reserve the right to deny return without prior return approval.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds(no restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method in 10 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

Conditions

Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included. If the item is damaged or used beyond normal handling, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund.

Late or missing refunds  

If refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@longreelighting.com.

Swapping/Exchanges  

If customer remorse and want to exchange it for the another item, send us an email at info@longreelighting.com first. In such circumstance, customer need to apply for a return and refund, then re-order a new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific iteminfo@longreelighting.com
