IS THERE A FIXED LAYOUT FOR A CHIHULY-STYLE BLOWN GLASS CHANDELIER?

There is no mandatory order or fixed layout when installing the glass pieces. That said, there are a few practical tips that can make the process smoother and help achieve a more balanced result: In most cases, we recommend installing from the bottom upward. For cone-shaped or inverted-cone chandeliers, the longest glass pieces are typically placed on the lower rods of the central frame, with some also positioned toward the mid-upper or top area to maintain visual flow and height. For spherical or rounded chandelier designs, the glass pieces can be more evenly distributed across the frame, focusing on overall balance rather than strict positioning rules. Ultimately, the final arrangement comes down to personal preference. You may follow our product photos as a reference, or adjust the layout to suit your own aesthetic.

HOW IS EACH GLASS PIECE ATTACHED TO THE CHANDELIER?

Each glass element has a small hole. A thin wire is passed through the hole and twisted onto the central metal frame to secure the glass.

SHOULD THE GLASS BE INSTALLED FROM THE TOP OR BOTTOM?

It is recommended to install the glass from the bottom upward to reduce the risk of breakage and allow better adjustment.

CAN THE CHANDELIER BE ASSEMBLED ON THE GROUND FIRST?

Yes. For smaller chandeliers, the glass can be fully installed on the ground and then lifted and hung onto the ceiling.

For large chandeliers or high ceilings, the frame is typically installed first, and the glass is added piece by piece while suspended.

DO I NEED SPECIAL TOOLS TO INSTALL THE GLASS?

No special tools are required. Standard wire, basic hand tools, and proper safety equipment are sufficient. But Scaffolding or a lift is recommended for large chandeliers or installations with high ceilings.

CAN I FOLLOW THE PRODUCT PHOTOS FOR GLASS PLACEMENT?

Yes. Product images can be used as a reference, but exact replication is not required.

IS PROFESSIONAL HELP RECOMMENDED?

The installation is generally easier than many people expect, especially for smaller to mid-sized chandeliers. The process is straightforward once the central frame is securely in place and the glass pieces are tied one by one. That said, having an extra pair of hands is always helpful. A second person—such as an electrician, handyman, or contractor—can assist with holding the frame steady, managing height adjustments, or passing glass pieces during installation. For larger installations, high ceilings, or multi-tier chandeliers, we strongly recommend involving a professional installer or electrician. This ensures both safety and efficiency, and allows the final result to look exactly as intended.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

The lead time for customized products varies depending on the complexity of the design. For simpler customizations, production typically takes around 3–4 business days. More complex or highly detailed designs may require 15 business days or longer, as additional time is needed for glass blowing, finishing, and quality inspection. Once the design details are confirmed, we will provide a more accurate production timeline before the order moves forward.

No, the product is delivered not assembled.

The size mentioned in our website is for glass portion(not include the chain) only.

IS THE HANGING CHAIN ADJUSTABLE AND CAN I ASK FOR A LONGER CHAIN?

Yes, the chain is adjustable. We can offer the chain enough long to meet your need for free.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE COLOR OF CANOPY AND CHAIN?

Yes. In most cases, standard and commonly used finishes for the canopy and chain can be customized without any issue. If you have a specific color or finish in mind, feel free to share the details with us and we will confirm availability before production.

ARE YOUR BLOWN GLASS CHANDELIERS DIMMABLE?

The original Led bulbs we provided are warm light(3000K). If you want dimmable between brightness and darkness, please contact us first.

IF SOME OF THE GLASS PIECES ARE BROKEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BLOWN GLASS CHANDELIER, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

Don't worry. We are aware that breakage can occur during shipping, so we always include an extra 10% of glass pieces in your parcel to account for this possibility. If you discover that too many pieces are broken and you don't have enough glass to fully install the chandelier, please contact us. We'll be happy to send you new pieces at no cost.

HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE BULBS- AND HOW OFTEN DO THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED?

You just need to remove the adequate number of glass stems around the Led bulbs which you want to be replaced to allow you freely take the led bulb out and insert a new one. These Led bulbs can be used up to 30,000 hours, normally you don't need to replace them in few years.

ARE YOUR BLOWN GLASS CHANDELIERS DIMMABLE?

The original Led bulbs we provided are warm light(3000K). If you want dimmable between brightness and darkness, please contact us first.
